Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is ready for local pickup or has shipped. 

 

LOCAL PICKUP
Local Pickup in Bermuda is available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. If you require pickup outside of the times listed, please contact us at info@simplycharming.ltd to arrange.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship from Bermuda. We offer Free Shipping for orders over $50 or any order during special periods using standard international shipping. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Simply Charming Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

 

ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@simplycharming.ltd with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
